Frequently Asked Billing Statement Questions
Q: Will I receive a statement every month?
A: Yes. You will receive regular monthly statements for use in making payments.
Q: Can I have my payments automatically debited?
A: Yes. Contact us at 800-658-7390 for details.
Q: Can I make payments in person?
A: No. You will need to send your payments to the MorEquity Mortgage Service Center and will be provided with a self-addressed return envelope each month with your billing statement.
Q: What if I have questions about what's on my statement?
A: Our customer service is available to answer your questions Monday - Friday from
