Q: Why was my account sold?
A: It is not unusual for accounts to be sold in what is known as a "bulk purchase". Many companies regularly buy and sell mortgages to improve their cash flow. Some companies specialize in originating new loans, while others specialize in servicing loans. The MorEquity Mortgage Service Center is experienced in servicing loans purchased from multiple sources.

Q: Will the terms of my loan change?
A: Unless you are notified of such changes, the purchase of your account does not usually have any effect on the terms or condition of your original agreement.

Q: Where do I make my payments?
A: You will receive a letter instructing you where to send your payments. If you do not receive a letter, send payments to arrive by the next regularly scheduled due date to:

Q: Do you have a direct pay option?
A: Yes. Call 800-658-7390 to request an enrollment form. Once the form is processed, your payments will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account.
